Meeting

• Rates are not inclusive of Beverages, Excursions, and Transport .
• All rates are per room and per night, inclusive Full Board, all applicable taxes, bed night and community fees.

• Pineapple Bay Resort is locate at Bulago Island,a 500acre island and the most desirable location in Kampala – Uganda.

• Third bed rate for children 0-2 years no charge, 3-12 years $50, extra person $100.
• For any birthday or anniversary cakes, will be extra charge of $25
• For birthday or anniversary cakes, will be extra charge of $25.
• Boat Transfers 200$ per boat round trip max 6pax (2 small boats)
• Boat transfer 600$ per boat round trip max 15pax (1 executive boat)

• All rates are subject to increase without notice due to factors such as Government levies, taxes and fuel increases.

Reservations made 30 days or more prior to arrival 

•  Deposit: 30 % of total reservation cost within 7 days of confirmation (non-refundable) • Balance: full balance due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival 

• 100% of total reservation cost. No refunds are due for any unused accommodation, services or features .
